It s the first time I buy a Fodor s travel guideI usually stick with Lonely Planet, but I couldn t find an LP travel guide for Aruba so I went for this one I am quite enjoying it, although it is cristal clear that it has been written for americans rather than europeans starting from the how to get there section and most of the info is about luxury hotels and expensive restaurants Ok, maybe not many backpackers choose Aruba as a destination, but I would suggest to add some details for the less wealthy ones.
Book is a neat size and informative but with a heavy American slant however I couldn t find anything comparable for the British market It is still worth buying as it does give reviews and tour suggestions etc which are relevant.
its a travel book what can i say i wont know how true the book is till i have been its a travel book what can i say i wont know how true the book is till i have been
Wie immer keine Probleme Ich habe schon fters bestellt und alles ging immer rasch und zur Zufriedenheit Werde auch in Zukunft Kunde bleiben.
These books are VERY poorly constructed I have purchased TWO from and have had to return both due to the pages falling out after just having received the book This is unacceptable, especially considering the price of the book when its only about a centimeter thick I would recommend going with another travel book because this company simply doesn t deserve your money when they can t publish strong enough books The actual information inside is ok Nothing great, but does mention most things on the island, even if only briefly But the deciding factor for me is a book that can withstand reading Especially when most travel books get stuffed into backpacks and suitcases and withstand travel with you When the pages don t even stay together sitting comfortably in my living room I have to give it 1 star.
