The diaries of pig are amazingly funny books which are well written, engaging and thought provoking.
Reading these to our kids has been a great experience and the supporting material on the website has helped engage our children who are home schooled.
The story of pigs continuing adventures had the kids gripped and the only disappointment for them came at the end, the reason being that they had finished and there was no to read The mix of humour and friendship is great and the kids have been gripped by the adventure.
A darker tale, and slightly less hilarious than Pig s two earlier adventures, though his disguise for crossing the Channel makes reading aloud almost impossible Pig has earnt a place in our family and we frequently talk in pig to describe people, things and places that are worth commenting on We thinks this book is really turnip
